Refunds & Returns Policy
1. Order Cancellation
- Physical Goods: You can cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase or until it has been shipped. Once the shipping process has started, the order cannot be canceled.
- Digital Goods: Orders for digital products are processed immediately. Cancellation is only possible if the download link has not been generated or sent to your email.
2. Digital Products (Instant Downloads) Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of digital products (toolkits, guides, and templates) are final once the product is accessed or downloaded.
- Refund Eligibility: We offer a full refund for digital goods only if the download link is not delivered within 24 hours of purchase, or if there is a verified technical defect in the file that our support team cannot resolve.
- No Returns: Digital products cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense.
3. Physical Products We stand behind our physical items with a 30-day money-back guarantee.
- Returns: If you are not satisfied, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt at your own expense. The item must be in its original packaging and unused.
- Non-Delivery: A full refund will be issued if your order does not arrive within 45 business days (excluding 1-3 days processing time).
- Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or “not as described,” please contact us immediately for a full or partial refund.
4. General Exclusions Refunds are not available if:
- The order does not arrive due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
- The order is delayed by factors outside our control (e.g., customs delays or natural disasters).
